DURING 2004 STATE VEHICLE EMISSIONS AND SAFETY INSPECTION IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE PARKING BRAKE DID NOT WORK. AS A RESULT VEHICLE FAILED INSPECTION AND WILL NOT PASS UNTIL ISSUE RESOLVED. GMC CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE NOTIFIED 12/21 AND DIAGNOSIS AND REPAIR TO BEGIN 12/22. WHEN PARKING BRAKE IS PRESSED, THE PEDAL EASILY REACHES THE FLOOR AND DOES NOT HOLD VEHICLE. *JB
