Bulletin 00-06-03-009A, which replaces 00-06-03-009, lean hesitation, sag or stumble when coolant temperature is between -6 and +20°C, lists 2000 Chevrolet and GMC C/K models (Silverado, Sierra, Suburban, Tahoe, Yukon, Yukon XL) with the 4.8L, 5.3L or 6.0L V8 engine and 4L60-E automatic transmission (RPO M30).

A lean hesitation, sag or stumble occurs when the coolant temperature is between -6 and +20°C.

What to do

  1. The correction is to reprogram the PCM.
