    VEHICLE HAVING MULTIPLE PROBLEMS WITH SEATBELTS. *MR THE FRONT SEAT BELT WOULD NOT PULL OUT OR RETURN TO POSITION, TWO WEEKS LATER, THE SAME PROBLEM OCCURRED IN THE PASSENGER SEAT BELT. THE REAR SEAT BELT EXPERIENCED THE SAME PROBLEM.
