REDUCED ENGINE POWER FORCED THE VEHICLE TO REMAIN UNDER 25 MPH ON A BUSY ROAD WHERE I WAS UNABLE TO PULL OFF DUE TO LACK OF SHOULDER. RESTART OF THE VEHICLE AFTER I CAME TO A PLACE I COULD STOP, YIELDED THE SAME ERROR AND LACK OF POWER. *TR
