COMPLAINT AGAINST GENERAL MOTOR CORPORATION. *BF THE CONSUMER COMPLAINED THAT HIS VEHICLE CAME OFF THE ASSEMBLY LINE WITH A DEFECT IN THE VOLTAGE TO BULB CONFIGURATION THAT CAUSED THE BULBS TO BURN OUT. *TC THE CRUISE CONTROL BEGAN TO
