  This Bulletin is being published to advise dealers about seat belt buckles not operating and/or seat belt warning light illumination, as well as difficulty latching an unlatching the buckle or the buckle release button sticking.

• バックルのラッチプレート差し込み口にライトを当て、異物が無いか見る。

  1. Inspect the buckle assembly with a light shining on the latch plate insertion area. Look for any debris or foreign objects in the buckle.

1. 異物が見えたら掃除機で吸い出し、その後ベルトを脱着してみる。正常に作動すればバックルは交換しない。

   2. If any debris or foreign objects are observed, try to vacuum out the item. After the foreign material is removed, latch and unlatch the seat belt. If the system functions properly, do not replace the seat belt buckle assembly.

• バックルにはラッチプレート以外を差し込まない。工具で異物をかき出さない。こぼれた液体を洗い流そうとしない（バックルを傷めることがある）。
